What is the format of God’s Favorite?
This is a self-led 40-day digital experience. Each day you’ll receive an activation, intention, and embodiment prompt that takes around 20-40 minutes to complete (how long it takes depends entirely on you!) It’s a blend of daily frequency-upgrade practices, audio transmissions, written guidance, and daily prompts, designed to upgrade your frequency at the root and make it your new baseline by the end of the 40 days.
Who is this program best suited for?

What if I miss a day?
This journey is built on devotion and consistency - that’s where the energy becomes potent. Do everything you can to stay consistent; even 10 minutes a day matters. That said, life happens. If an emergency or unexpected event comes up, simply pick up where you left off the next day. You’ll have 50 days in total to complete all 40 days. As long as you finish within that timeframe, you’ll maintain full access to the program materials for life.
How long will I have access to the content?

What exactly is “frequency work”?
